Online Certification Programs
Both programs meet or exceed the requirements for
certification cards and do an excellent job of educating the
diver. Both certifications are internationally recognized as
meeting the highest standards. |
The SDI Online Scuba Course $89.95:
SDI has all of the instruction and testing online but since SDI
online academics don't teach the use of the dive tables, this
certification requires the diver to use a dive computer during
dives. (Most divers prefer to use a computer.)
SDI Online Information and Registration
The PADI Online Scuba Course $120:
The PADI course includes training on the use of the dive tables
and does not require the use of a computer when diving. There is an
18 question final exam proctored by the instructor required before
certification. This is a beautifully rich online presentation.

After completion of the online course, pool and open water training
fees to complete PADI or SDI Open Water Certification are as

Online NITROX Certification
Pricing and Details:
Nitrox is about Safer, Longer, and Sooner. As a certified diver you
know the culprit in many of diving's problems is Nitrogen. Nitrox
blends reduce the consumable nitrogen by increasing the consumable
oxygen.
Less nitrogen means you have a wider safety margin from
decompression sickness (bends). It also means you can increase your
bottom time beyond the air no decompression limits. Nitrox can allow
you to reduce surface intervals when doing multiple dives.
Nitrox does not feel different. It does not affect your diving
skills in any way. Learning how to dive safely with Nitrox does not
require supervised dives. When you complete the online portion of
the program, Make an appointment to come into the store and one of
our instructors will teach you how to analyze your mix and read the
tables of recommended mixes for your planned depth.

SDI Deep Diver Certification
Pricing and Details:
Once the only way to earn the Deep Diver specialty rating involved
long hours in the classroom. Not any more. With Deep Blue Diver's
SDI on-line training program, you can complete the required academic
study online at your leisure. You'll be certified to dive deep the
modern way, using personal dive computers and modern techniques.
Once you complete the online curriculum, give us a call and we'll
schedule the practical training and open water dives.
